MEMO Iceland specialises in design of modern silk scarves with emphasis on functionality, quality, beautiful design and relation with the Icelandic nature. The scarves from MEMO Iceland are made from 100% silk and are entirely Icelandic design. The photographs printed on our scarves are specifically selected under influence from Icelandic nature where the spectacular pattern and beautiful colour scheme from the landscape is elegantly emphasised on the silk.

Ístex was established to carry on the Icelandic wool industry that started in Mosfellsbær in 1896. Ístex buys directly from farmers and processes about 99% of all Icelandic wool. Icelandic farmers own 80% of the company.  Our commitment with Lopi is to offer high quality products from Icelandic wool to customers that choose natural, sustainable and eco-friendly living. Our wool is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Hraundís Guðmundsdóttir is the owner and producer of the company Hraundís. She is an educated Aromatherapyst and forester from the Agricultural University of Hvanneyri. She ran a massage parlor in Reykholtsdalur for many years where she mixed essential oils into massage oils to help people with various ailments. She had the dream for many years to produce Icelandic essential oils. In January 2015, she went to Sedona, Arizona to study plant distillation and began distilling and selling Icelandic essential oils in the summer of 2015. She is also producing various health products that have evolved after people have asked her to mix them with various health problems. The production takes place in Southwest of Iceland and all the plants are hand-picked in areas that have organic certification from Tún and distilled in the pure Icelandic water.
