Protis 100% is a fish protein extracted from wild Icelandic cod
It is extracted using the IceProtein® technique, a hydrolysis technique where the fish protein is treated with water and enzymes before being filtered, leaving protein consisting only of small bioactive peptides. Global studies have shown cod proteins to be particularly healthy, due to their natural mixture of vital amino acids such as glutamine, leucine, lysine and arginine. Peptide-bonded amino acids (hydrolised protein) enter the bloodstream faster than free amino acids and amino acids bonded in whole proteins. The IceProtein® technique ensures that the amino acids are peptide bonded.
